F1 Circuit Paul Ricard

Circuit Paul Ricard celebrated its 50th anniversary and is located in the region ‘Le Castellet’, near Marseille in the heart of Provence. The 5.8 km long circuit is owned by Slavica Ecclestone, ex-wife of Bernie Ecclestone, and has 15 corners. The lap record (1:32.740) is still in the name of Sebastian Vettel (Scuderia Ferrari, 2019). Characteristic are the long straight, the ‘Mistral’, and the wide, colourful asphalt strips (instead of gravel) along the track.
